COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Tech SP3202 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ctc-Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crane-Commander parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Converteam product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ctc-Parker such as the PX152T4WFACD3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC455 manufactured by Crane-Commander and we are pleased to be able to service most Crane-Commander systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MVC30024001 by Manufacturer Converteam as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cts-Knights Brand 7021231 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as 86112203 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 90005 made by Contromatics as well as the popular NTE27TONS0000 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2600XM by Control-Technology-Corporation and 86112203 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9115H119A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
